Hello friends and welcome back today we will be reading from Philippians chapter 4 verses 6-7.
S Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
O We can observe from this scripture that We should not be anxious about what is going to happen. We need to give everything to God once we do we will have peace that only God can give.
A We can apply this to our lives by asking the Lord to help us to give all of our worries to him.
P We can say this prayer, Lord God please help me to not stress Lord help me to feel your peace the peace that passes all understanding in Jesus name Amen.
